Final Post

During take this class, my view point of social media has changes. Before I take this class, I thought people using social media just for their fun. People are not deeply thinking of their social medias. Also I thought using social media for business is not very truthful, it felt light business to me. But now, I know the power of the social media and how hard it is. How hard the business people put effort to social media for the customers satisfaction. Social media is very powerful method in business area so if we want to use social media for our business, we have to be prudence. We have to take care of our words and behaviors when we post something on the social media for customers.

If we use Social media wisely and properly, it does us more good than harm. It was very incredible and knowledgeable class. I will keep using the social media and one day, if I start my own business, I hope I use social media wisely and properly.

Week 14: Future Strategy

I learned a lot different social media tools from this class lectures. For me, I think this social media class is good choice for my future business. I never used lot social medias before I take this class and I never know how many social media tools are using in these days. I love all social medias like Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and YouTube but I think Facebook is perfect social media tool for my business. Facebook is most familiar and famous social media for me and other people I think. It is very easy to use and it also good to reach my target customers. Promoting and advertising are free or inexpensive than other social media tools. I also like the Facebook analytic program. Therefore, I can analytic the problems of my posts and I could know what is most popular posts in my Facebook page. Then, I can improve my business page.

For my business, I will spend one or two hours on social media marketing. My business is very small and non-popular so one hour will be good for now. I will check the Facebook to check errors and response from customers when I have spare time.

Over the next six months, I will keep promoting my business page to get more likes from people. For the next month, I will trying to upload the new product pictures and maybe new promotion. I don't have enough money to advertise my business so I will make my own promotion and post on my Facebook wall. The promotion title will be "bring your friends for 50% off." If one of my customer introduce the my Facebook page and when the friend put "like" the promotion post, I will give 50% off coupon to my original customer. The urgent thing for my business is to make more friends and likes to see analytic chart. I hope I can get enough like to see the Facebook analytic chart so I can observe my customers behaviors. To get more customer, I will upload more than 2-3 posts in one week so I can keep in touch with my customers and new customers. I want to start Facebook advertising, when I get enough money. The advertising will increase the revenue of my business.

Week 14: More Social Strategy

During this class I learned how to use social media to promote my business in efficient way. I never know how many different social medias are using in this world. Also I didn't know that social media is that much important for business. Before I take this class, I didn't deeply see other business websites but now when I see other website, I'm trying to check how many and how are they using the social media for their business. Social media promotion is most basic promotion tool in our life now. Therefore, I think using and learn the social media is very important before who start their own business.

 

I think Facebook is integrate best with my business. I don't actually familiar with other social media yet. Facebook is my first social media and it is very easy to use. Some of social medias, for example, Instagram, Pinterest are just focused on the photo. However, Face book is focused on both writing and photos so I think Facebook is best social media for my business. Also the good thing about the Facebook is we don't have to pay the promotion fee when we just make our own promotion things in our wall. I love their "like" system because when my customers likes my post, their friends can see my post so if they get interest about my business, they can become my customers. My business is small and niche so I think Facebook is perfect to promote my small business. Facebook is available on smart phone and it is also easy to use so I can save my time to check my business. I don't have to make time to log on in the computer to check my business is going okay or not. I can check with my phone in anywhere.  

Week 13: Facebook Insight

I don't have enough likes to see my Facebook Insights. However, if I can see my Facebook Insights when I get enough likes, it will help me to analytic my business.

Week 13: Google Analytic

Google Analytic is good content for business websites. For me I want to know the popular contents of my website from the visitors so I want to improve my website to satisfy the customers.

I think most important to analytic is customers behaviors. Therefore, I might use Audience Data & Reporting to know my audience. It helps me to know what kinds of people are they, where they come from, how they find my business and how loyal and engaged they are. Since, this is my first business I want to know more about my customers that how they get interest or how they find my business. Also I want to use In-Page Analytics to see how users really interact with my pages. I also want to have Site Search for my customers so they can easily find the content that they want. I think this will help to improve my website so I my customer will get satisfied. The last thing that I want to use for my website is Social Reports. Social reports show the how much impact that social media has on my business goals and conversions. The good thing of the social reports is offers a holistic view of my business content to use integrated web and social data.

In the future, if my business become a large and it is available to do advertising, I want to have Advertising Reports. The reason that I want to have Advertising Repot is I want to know how well my advertising is working because if the advertising is not working well, I don't want to waste my money to do useless advertising.   

Week 12: Coupon Deal

I would like to provide coupon deal with Groupon. I think Groupon is most popular discount and promotion site that people are visit often. I will provide the Season Off Sale coupons, and buy one get other 50%off coupons. Also I will keep provide any type of promotion to give interest to my customers.
